Job Title : Senior ACA/Medicaid IT Program Manager (Eligibility & Enrollment SQL/DB2 $100M Projects) Location :Menands NY(Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience managing large-scale complex IT projects exceeding $100 million with regular engagement and communication with executive-level stakeholders. Experience supporting Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace implementations including systems for automated eligibility determination and automatic plan enrollment (non-claims non-clinical focus). Hands-on experience supporting Change Request (CR) development for ACA and Medicaid systems including solution design reviews technical requirements definition and implementation support. Strong experience analyzing and improving business and operational processes related to ACA and Medicaid programs. Advanced experience developing complex SQL queries stored procedures triggers and functions in DB2 and Oracle for large-scale data extraction and integration across multi-terabyte databases. Expertise in data interrogation analytics and data profiling including generating detailed technical reports and executive-level dashboards. Demonstrated experience managing projects and supervising technical staff; PMP certification preferred or held.
