We have an opening for a Senior Account Executive, whose primary duty will be to procure, develop, and close pre-employment background screening leads. If you have the drive, passion, and desire to be a part of a vibrant, team-oriented culture, join us to make a mark.Once familiar and trained in our product, the Senior Account Executive will be able to demo and sell directly to small, mid-sized, and enterprise opportunities.We are seeking an individual who will create successful calling strategies for key target industries. They will consult with all key contacts in HR and Compliance positions for each target opportunity, including related roles in technology, finance and global mobility. All sales activity is done via the phone and web.Must be comfortable talking through technical concepts.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Productive follow-up on sales leads to cultivate and generate revenueConduct demos for prospects to educate the buyer on the value of the AssureHire solutionAccount development, including contact qualification, engagement and discoveryAttend trade shows to help generate leadsManage and accurately report on inbound lead pipeline within territory.Requirements & Skills:Minimum of 5 years' experience selling technical software in a B2B environment, ideally within HR or HCM products.Demonstrated and consistent achievement of sales quota in fast-paced environments.Sharp business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer challenges.Exceptional communication skills, including confident and effective phone-based selling.Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and impeccably organized, with a strong command of the full sales cycleProven track record of success across prospecting, qualifying, and uncovering customer needs.Solid understanding of technology and software solutions (background in tech preferred).Proficiency in Salesforce and a strong ability to manage data and pipeline effectively.Education:Bachelor's DegreeCompensation:Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity.
