The position will report to the Account Director and will be based in Miami FL.The Role and What Youll Do:Day-to-day support of clients sponsorship activation and marketingDevelop and maintain advanced tracking dashboards and reports in Excel to monitor sponsorship ROI campaign performance and budget utilization.Leverage data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform client strategy and optimization of marketing activations.Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources (partners vendors internal tools) to support quarterly and annual business reviews.Support financial tracking and budget reconciliation processes ensuring accuracy and transparency in client reporting.Establish the tracking process for sponsorship related initiatives including package tracking and marketing services trackingDevelop or update sponsorship regional guidelines for partnership propertiesCoordinate and manage necessary weekly and bi-weekly callsSupport the creation and implementation of sponsorship marketing materials for the local market. This will include but not be limited to development of creative elements client marketing presentations securing approvals from rights-holders distribution of materials to the clientProvide and analyze industry trends research competitive analysis and POVsOngoing exploration of partnerships strategy based on client needsCoordination and management of ticketing process for premium eventsSupport follow up and track all merchandise requestsSupport tracking audit approval of any Visa sponsorshipProvide recap reports of activationsCollaborate with external properties and internal Endeavor divisionsAttend client events as necessaryYou Have These: Bachelors degreeFluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) requiredA minimum of 6-8 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing partnership marketing event marketing influencer marketing or digital marketing)Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logisticsExperience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partnersSuperior client relationship/service skillsStrong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation for decision-making.Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables lookups formulas and data visualization tools).Ability to problem-solve independently and in groupsExcellent time management written and oral communication skillsAbility to travel 10% of the timeExceptional in MS Office SuiteExperience working with payment companies finance or retail banking a plusHow we work:WME Group is at the center of sports media entertainment and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
