This is a true senior-level role designed for someone who can step in, quickly understand complex businesses, confidently guide conversations, and run accounts with autonomy and maturity. What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, owning the relationship end-to-end.Build deep, strategic partnerships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.Collaborate seamlessly with creative, digital, media, and marketing teams to deliver work that exceeds expectations.Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning sessions, contributing to the development of innovative marketing solutions.Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Lead project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-strategy execution.Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather insights, and reinforce alignment.Partner with internal marketing and digital experts to establish annual KPIs and performance benchmarksMonitor and discuss key metrics such as lead volume, conversion health, and occupancy-related outcomesParticipate in quarterly reporting and ongoing optimization conversationsHelp clients pivot strategy as market conditions, budgets, or priorities shiftTranslate data into insights and actionable recommendations for clientsCollaborate closely with creative, digital, marketing, and media teamsParticipate in strategic planning and brainstorming sessionsEnsure alignment across teams while fostering collaboration and consensusThrive in an environment where creative teams are deeply involved in account conversationsPartner closely with a Project Success Manager (a hybrid project management role) and work together to translate client needs into actionable plans and keep work moving efficiently.
