Accountant With NetSuite Experience Needed In Sunrise, FL

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with experience in NetSuite to manage audit and due diligence requests. This role involves generating reports, researching journals, and preparing Excel reports based on data from NetSuite, as well as building new queries.

Responsibilities:

• Generate reports for audit requests.
• Research journals, invoices, and other requests.
• Prepare Excel reports and exhibits based on data from NetSuite.
• Build new queries for data analysis.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation assignment logs and create new reports for month-end balances.
• Assist with the preparation of simple, low complexity Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
• Rollover monthly files to begin the new month.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Proficiency in accounting and general ledger management.
• Experience in month-end processes and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of journal entry, accounts receivable, and balance sheet management.
• Ability to conduct financial reporting and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accrual accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Audit skills and experience with pivot tables.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
