Profit Sharing and Retirement Savings Stock Benefits Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Life and AD&D Coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Health Savings Accounts Well-Being Program with a genuine commitment to employee health Paid Vacations and Holidays Educational Assistance and Dependent Child Scholarships Growth Opportunity: Join a division that is actively expanding, with real room to develop your career inside a Fortune 500 organization Job Details Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on an ongoing basis Manage fixed assets within the system and generate depreciation reports for posting and account reconciliation Record routine and nonstandard journal entries with supporting documentation on a daily, monthly, and annual basis under accrual accounting standards Complete the month-end inventory valuation process Conduct month-end analytical review procedures to ensure accurate recording and proper classification Audit routine physical inventory counts three to four times per year Serve as a backup reviewer for purchase orders and supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation matching prior to disbursement processing Cross-train in other accounting functions to support the broader team Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Take on special projects as assigned by leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or actively pursuing CPA licensure Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and/or public accounting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Solid verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems Background in fixed asset management or inventory valuation within a manufacturing setting Public accounting experience alongside industry experience Interested in hearing more?
