If youre ready to make an impact and grow alongside a mission-driven team wed love to meet you!The ideal candidate will have:Accounting operations- including journal entries balance sheet reconciliations month-end close internal financial statements and treasury/cash management.Payroll andcompliance- processing semi-monthly payroll in Paychex coordinatingwithPeopleOps and supporting state and agency reporting requirements.Accounts Payable-vendorsetup bill entry paymentscreditcardprogram management expense reporting and 1099 filings.Accountsreceivable-customerset up invoice creation collections and revenue-related support.Financial Admin- managing the shared finance inbox documenting policies and procedures and partnering with the Director of Finance on internal controlssupportexternal audit and tax engagements.FP&A-monthly variance analysis budgeting support and recurring/ad-hoc reporting for department leaders.Financialreporting-createdashboardscontributeto cash projectionsand internal reporting usingPowerBI PowerPoint and related tools.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business ora relatedfield.35 years of progressive experience in accounting FP&A or a combination of both.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Experience with accounts payable andaccountsreceivable processes.Excellent analytical problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and partner cross-functionally.Advanced Excel skillsExperience with payroll systems (Paychex preferred).Work Location:This role is based out of our office in Boston MA. We operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office days Monday and Wednesday.Salary Range:The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $00. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity job-related knowledge skills education relevant experience certifications and geography as outlined in the job description.At Elucid we believe the best work happens in a flexible hybrid environment. Boston-area employees are encouraged to work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays with the option to come in additional days if they prefer.
