Senior Accountant - Kennesaw, GA

A growing professional services organization is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Senior Accountant who is independent, resourceful, and highly collaborative.

This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, leverage Sage Intacct, and contribute to accurate financial reporting while partnering closely with leadership.

This is an immediate hiring need as the company continues to experience strong growth.

This position is based in Kennesaw, GA with a hybrid schedule of four days in-office and one day remote.

The position offers a salary up to $120,000 plus bonus, along with three weeks of vacation.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and assist a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with general accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
• Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Proven experience in a hands-on accounting role

Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred

Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture

Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset
