Join us.Job SummaryProvide bookkeeping and accounting services to clients.Responsibilities include managing recurring client engagements,assistingwith special projects, and resolving client issues as needed.Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:Assistingmultiple clients with their accounting and finance functions including financial close reporting and related support, on a recurring monthly basis.Create andmaintainrecords of client financial transactions using technology including QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Fathom.Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepareaccuratefinancial reports.Support audits and tax return preparation by creating supporting schedules, gathering information, and providing analysis asrequested.Manage reconciliation of accounts and month endcloseprocesses.Assistwith special projects and resolution of client issues.Collaborating with other consultants and clients for continuous improvement recommendations.Professional development of team members.Perform other duties as assigned.The qualifications.Experience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online,Exceland Bill.com ispreferred,overall technical savvy with accounting software programs isrequired.Accounting skills necessary to generate, prepare and review general ledger, journal entries,accountingrecordsin accordance withGAAPand other basis of accounting.Ability toidentifyvariances and research questionsregardingfinancial activity and to improve accounting processes & proceduresPromote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firmStrong interpersonal and communication skillsrequiredStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to plan and execute own work on time and within budgetAbility to work in the office as well as remotely (hybrid)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.CPA preferred3+ years of accounting experienceThis is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.What makes us different?On the surface, we're one of the nation's largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms.
