We believe thoughtfully executed advertising enhances customer experience while delivering positive ROI for our advertising partners.Key job responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring Deliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy Sales Legal PR Public Policy and other business units Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems particularly Amazons infrastructure to guide policy developmentA day in the lifeAs a member of the Advertising Trusts Policy & Integrity team youll work across Amazons business lines to shape customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising. This dynamic team is an integral part of how we support Amazon Advertising and as such has touch points across multiple areas of our business. The base pay for this position ranges from $124600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
