Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Advertising Manager to join their team! This position is located in San Diego, California. Duties:Assist in establishing and implementing the creative platform for customer acquisition, production of assets, and performance optimization for all creative advertising, including mass and digital performance mediaManage creative agency relationships and development for online acquisition campaigns from brief through implementation, including campaign performance optimization, presenting campaign results and key learnings, and recommending improvements to leadershipOversee the production of full-funnel creative advertising assets such as TV/linear video, out-of-home, audio, performance digital (social and display), internal communications, and earned mediaOptimize creative advertising performance through message testing, segmentation execution, and customer journey mappingOversee and optimize the non-working media budget, managing all mass and digital creative advertising agenciesPartner with the media team to ensure alignment with the paid media plan and delivery of creative assetsIdentify, monitor, and analyze internal and external performance parameters to enhance campaign performanceFoster strong relationships with internal and external resources by engaging with cross-functional teams and business units to drive business success and optimizationManage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years working in the advertising, telecom, and/or entertainment fieldAdvertising agency, production and/or film, and TV experience requiredExperience in creative, media, design, communications, or related field requiredFamiliar with all types of file formatsHighly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointBaseline knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferredPossess the drive to always learn and experiment with new processes, teams, and toolsBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $29.69 and $42.41. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
