You will collaborate closely with product and engineering to create scalable and intuitive services. This role requires a high technical standard.In this role you will also be responsible to:Design build and enhance AI services and APIs powering our Workato products leveraging LLMs and custom ML modelsDevelop an enterprise grade agentic platform knowledge retrieval services multi-agent collaborationDevelop agentic evaluation framework defining success metrics and criteria leveraging LLM-as-judge approachWorking with data scientists and data engineers to define requirements for fine-tunes models and capturing eval datasetsDevelop well-architected testable and efficient Python code for production services and experimentationsImplement and improve validation monitoring and observability for production-grade solutionsDrive the full development lifecycle: from ideation and architecture to deployment and continuous improvementIdentify and resolve bottlenecks bugs and technical challenges in a fast-paced iterative environmentConduct code reviews and mentor team members to uphold high engineering standardsRequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Science or equivalent industry experience5 years of experience as a Software Engineer Data Scientist or similar roleStrong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with NLP and LLM modelsProven track record of deploying and maintaining AI services in production environmentsExperience with opensource agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain Google ADK) and vector databases / RAGKnowledge of agentic architectures and multiagent systems; experience building chatbased agents or copilotsExperience with relational and non-relational databasesPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with observability bestpracticesLLMops/MLops experienceExperience building or supporting developer platformsSolid understanding of network protocols API design distributed architectureSoft Skills / Personal CharacteristicsStrong written and spoken English; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholdersCuriosity and ability to be current with the latest technologiesCollaborative team player who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic startup environmentAnalytical thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation(REQ ID: 2354)Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills APIs,C/C++,Computer Graphics,Go,React,Redux,Node.js,AWS,Library Services,Assembly,GraphQL,High Voltage Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
