In this role youll make a direct impact on the growth of our affiliate program by managing key partner relationships identifying new partner opportunities and supporting marketing campaigns. Youll also own reporting and analytics to track performance uncover insights and help optimize strategy while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across partners and internal teams. This is the perfect role if youre passionate about growth excited by experimentation and eager to deepen your expertise in affiliate marketing business development and analytics all while working with a fun collaborative team that is critical to the business success.What youll do:Drive Affiliate Program GrowthSource and evaluate new affiliate partners and marketplaces identifying high-value opportunities for growthOwn outreach efforts from initial contact to conducting discovery calls and partnership discussionsManage the full onboarding process ensuring partners are set up in our CRM with accurate recordsCollect and confirm campaign details (offers payouts tracking links creative) to ensure a seamless launchBuild strong relationships early on by providing partners with the tools and resources needed for them to be successfulManage and Optimize Partner RelationshipsBuild trusted relationships with affiliates by providing high-impact creative and strategic supportOversee an affiliate agency to source manage and optimize new partner opportunities ensuring alignment with growth goals and strategyTrack and optimize partner performance identifying opportunities for improvement and scaleKeep our partner CRM sharp and up to date with clean actionable dataCampaign & Creative ExecutionSupport creative testing and provide strategic feedback to boost campaign performanceShowcase Hometaps thought leadership by activating educational content across partner platformsCollaborate with internal and external engineering teams to bring Hometap into partner experiencesPartner with Sales to launch new sales motions that fuel channel growthEnsure all campaigns are brand-aligned and meet compliance requirementsReporting & AnalyticsOwn reporting to track affiliate performance weekly lead volume and return on investmentAnalyze data to uncover trends insights and opportunities for scalingPresent clear actionable summaries to stakeholders across MarketingWhat you bring:24 years of experience in growth marketing affiliate marketing or partnershipsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsHighly organized detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; BI tools (e.g. Tableau Heap) a bonusExperience working with CRMs or partner tracking systems (e.g. Salesforce TUNE)What youll gain:A high-ownership role where your work directly drives growth and revenueHands-on experience launching and scaling affiliate campaigns from the ground upExposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales Marketing Product and LegalOpportunities to build expertise in reporting analytics and partner managementA fast-moving supportive team that values curiosity creativity and big thinkingOur team is what makes us great.
