Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities Manage the Champions process for deployment facilitating regular project reviews tracking initiatives and ensuring accountability for delivery of savings. Drive cost-savings initiatives within the deployment function identifying innovative opportunities to reduce waste redeploy excess inventory and optimize distribution strategies. Drive seasonal strategy planning to ensure efficient network readiness and cost-effective execution during peak demand periods. Support the forward-looking deployment plan integrating forecasted demand capacity and network constraints to maintain optimal inventory flow. Manage and enhance digital deployment tools ensuring adoption and leveraging data analytics for performance visibility and decision-making. Oversee monthly deployment financial reporting consolidating performance metrics analyzing variances and providing actionable insights to leadership.
