Are you ready to go beyondWhat You Will Do:Support Pratt & Whitneys Government Security Compliance department as a Senior Security Analyst (P2) responsible for the implementation and oversight of the industrial security program. The person in this role will work under the guidance and direction of Security Operations Team Manager to ensure company DCSA and customer security requirements are met.Key Responsibilities:Work under the guidance and direction of Security Operations Team Manager.Interface with all levels of leadership and government management personnel.Analyze security issues/problems and provide focused solutions.Develop and implement security policies procedures and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Transportation Plans etc.Assist in the completion of annual and event-based security compliance inspections and audits.Process helpdesk tickets and conduct file transfers as a data transfer agent.Respond to deficiencies/findings discovered during audits and follow up with appropriate corrective actions.Provide security briefings and debriefings in accordance with the government security requirements.Assist with investigations of security infractions/violations and preparing reports.Complete special projects as assigned.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in security; OR an Associates degree and 4 years of relevant industry experience. We will also consider high school diploma technical or military training or recognized industry certifications in combination with 9 years or relevant industry experience. Active U.S. government issued Secret level security clearance required plus ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret level security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance with SAP/SCI access.Qualifications We Prefer:Professional Certifications/AffiliationsWorking knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117 and DoD Manual 5205.07Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection SystemsExcellent MS Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel skillsWhat is my Role TypeIn addition to transforming the future of flight we are also transforming how and where we work. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
