As an early AI engineer at Pulley, you will get to:Help construction teams break ground fasterDevelop and deploy AI-driven features dealing with unstructured permitting documents, city regulations, etcShape the AI strategy and help build the foundation for AI/ML at PulleyContribute to system architecture, ensuring AI models are integrated seamlessly into our tech stack (React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, and Google Cloud)Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver AI-enhanced experiences that feel intuitive and reliableWe are looking for someone who:Has 5+ years of ML/AI experience at a technology companyHas experience working with large language models, fine tuning and retrieval-augmented generationIs familiar with and comfortable setting up AI and data infra from scratch such as vector databases, LangChain and DockerIs based in the San Francisco Bay Area, willing to work in-person 4 days a week.Thrives in ambiguity and defines the right problems to solveCan translate complex customer needs into extensible, scalable product solutionsEnjoys collaborating with engineers and designers to meticulously craft great experiencesArchitects durable systems while making reasonable tradeoffs
