Senior Architectual Welder at HIRE TG

Location: TBD Conroe TX 77301 Hire type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift Pay Range: $24 - $29 /hr Overview We are seeking a skilled Architectural Fabricator to join our team producing high quality architectural metal components. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on fabrication experience who can read engineering drawings operate various fabrication equipment and ensure work is completed to precise specifications. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Fabricate architectural components using stainless steel aluminum and structural steel. Interpret blueprints shop drawings and fabrication details to build parts to exact specifications. Use fabrication tools such as shears brake presses rollers saws grinders and welders. Perform TIG and MIG welding on metals as required by project needs. Measure layout and cut materials accurately before fabrication. Assemble components using correct hardware fasteners and welds. Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and cosmetic requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve design or fabrication questions. Assist with loading staging and preparing materials for installation teams. Qualifications 10 years of architectural or metal fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication prints. Experience working with stainless steel aluminum and structural steel. Proficient with manual fabrication tools and equipment (press brake shear grinder etc.). Basic to intermediate welding experience in MIG or TIG. Strong understanding of measurements tolerances and layout techniques. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet throughout the shift. Reliable detail oriented and able to produce high-quality work consistently. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Preferred Skills Experience in architectural metalwork such as railings canopies signage or decorative structures. Ability to polish or finish stainless steel surfaces. Experience fabricating from both flat sheet and structural materials.
