Leverage advanced analytics collaborate across teams and deliver actionable insights that transform customer engagement and operational efficiency at Chase.Job Responsibilities:Enhance LLM model performance across AWS and on-premises environments through comprehensive data analysis.Automate reporting transform complex datasets and analyze business drivers to improve operational processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and identify production issues.Present clear actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.Resolve data and model development issues proactively.Develop SQL and Python codebases and maintain clear documentation.Develop proof-of-concept solutions using machine learning or large language models to generate actionable insights.Support agile teams in new product development with analytics expertise.Required qualifications capabilities and skills:Bachelors degree in Economics Data Science Data Analytics Statistics or STEM field with 6 years of analytics experience in financial services/operations or Masters degree with 3 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Python and SQL programming strong communication and presentation skills and a detail-oriented collaborative approach.Experienced in developing traditional machine learning models (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) designing prompts and fine-tuning large language models (LLM).Experience with Excel PivotTable PowerPoint Tableau Alteryx AWS Spark/EMR ChatGPT Confluence and Snowflake.Collaborative team player with a high level of curiosity and the ability to operate independently.Trained in machine learning multivariate statistics regression analysis and data visualization.Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver concise presentations that clearly articulate challenges actions and results for complex issuescreating clarity and driving action among key stakeholders.
