Our EX advisors know the power of bringing these capabilities and our offerings together to help architect high-impact solutions for our clients most complex challenges.Together were all about powering ambitions of our colleagues our clients and their people.The RoleSalesUse data research and insights to support new business opportunities contribute to the design of integrated solutions to solve each clients unique need and help convert leads into profitable sales.DeliveryPartner with EX Senior Consultants to develop consulting strategyParticipate on and help guide the delivery teamProvide overall project management throughout the delivery phase sharing accountability for overall successTrack and execute on contractual commitments for effective financial management and business successUse modern/digital solutions to support/cultivate the desired experiencesPartner with analyst and associate-level team members to review work provide guidance and insightContribute to the learning and development of team members through on the job feedbackContribute to the development of intellectual capital new tools and approachesQualifications5-7 years business experience contributing to sales and implementing creative and pragmatic strategies to align employee priorities with business strategyOrganizational Change / Transformation Consulting and human capital experience preferred Proven ability to apply understanding of human behavior to influence shape and deliver highly effective strategiesExperience facilitating coaching and mentoring teams specifically to drive consensus brainstorm and/or to gather data for a project(s)Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues work in teams and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challengesAbility to draw conclusions from data in a logical systematic wayUnderstanding of agile principles and design thinkingAvailability to travel on an as-needed basisAdaptability is criticalExecutive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work within a complex matrix organization structureBachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degreeCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $95000.00-$135 000.00 USD annually.This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
