Senior Associate Horizontal HRBPThe Strategy & Solutions Delivery Team is hiring a Senior Associate Horizontal Delivery associate to support the Technology Human Resource Business Consulting team. The Senior Associate plays a critical role in leading and executing core Human Resources processes and keeping a continuous feedback loop with their clients for process improvements and efficiencies along with planning monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number processes such as talent management and performance management activities.Role & ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing and reporting on talent data for HR Business Partners and their respective client groups (inclusive of building custom data reports as needed) to advance overall talent strategiesManaging process communications and creating or sharing templates for local core HR process communicationsSupporting client-facing HR Business Partners and the specific teams they support with general inquiries and requests (such as updating remote work arrangements compensation promotion and/or large scale org changes in Workday or via the HR Help Center)Leading and owning weekly horizontal delivery meetings monthly partner meetings Performance Management Champion community meetings and kickoff meetings with HR Business Partners for specific Tech client groupPartner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activitiesDevelop walk-around decks communications and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or train the trainer sessionsPrepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversationsReview survey data and partner with HR Business Partners to develop insights and summariesManage project workstreams and/or small-scale projects in support of team goals or business needsDesign and maintain HR calendar of activities and deliverables for clients and HR Business PartnersProvide feedback to help drive continuous improvement of these programsEnsure alignment with other HR Business Partner teams & Horizontal Delivery teammatesBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma GED or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience in human resourcesAt least 1 years of client facing experience or consulting experienceAt least 1 year of experience in project or process managementPreferred QualificationsBachelors DegreeAt least 3 years of experience in human resourcesAt least 2 years of client facing experience or consulting experienceAt least 2 year of experience in project or process managementAt this time Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean VA: $94600 - $107900 for Sr. Associate HR Business PartnerRichmond VA: $86000 - $98200 for Sr. Associate HR Business PartnerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
