As a Senior Associate youll play a key role in driving media performance and ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and member needs. In this role youll collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to optimize media investments across paid channels and across lines of business.This role is a strong strategic advisor who will help translate business objectives into media plans monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization in local markets to support campaign goals including member acquisition retention or brand building efforts.The Senior Associate position requires deep understanding of local media specifically nuances by channel and by market that impact go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with developing media objectives stewarding multi-channel media campaigns managing budgets reviewing analytics and guiding agency partners and programs that support ongoing customer acquisition and product awareness efforts across the Humana CenterWell and/or Reliance brands.Key ResponsibilitiesServes as subject matter expert in media advising our POD teams on their media plans and serving as a bridge between other Humana teams and our media agencies.A pro-active team player with strong communication skills attention to detail the ability to collaborate across multiple teams with deep cross channel media knowledge across local markets.Identifies target audiences and specific messages channels and tactics; coordinates end-to-end media campaign strategy planning implementation measurement and analysis.
