This is an excellent opportunity to continue your career in the field of Process Management.General Responsibilities:Day to day oversight of multiple small processes: monitor report and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define establish and monitor technical process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with internal groups such as Top of House Tech Command Center Enterprise and line of business technologists and project teams; make recommendations for approval on changesCollect analyze and measure data for a monthly performance review with technology leadership teams; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review and follow up on resulting action cyclesResolve complex problems or transactions; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdownsMaintain process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams) and document processes and projects (creating project reports presentations business cases and diagrams)May participate in cross-functional project teams including projects driven by other parts of the organization to provide input and partner with groups on execution effortsProvide customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes they manage; may deliver presentations including up to the executive levelMay perform process or parts of the process as neededBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma GED or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G SuiteAt least 2 years of Project Management Process Management or Relationship Management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelors Degree1 years of experience with JIRALean Agile Six Sigma Business Process Management or Project Management certificationAt this time Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Plano TX: $78400 - $89500 for Sr. Process ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
