This takes hard work and innovation and we need more like-minded people on our team.About the RoleWere looking for a client-centric professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Truck & Upfit this role you will be responsible for managing client vehicle and upfit orders ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams dealers and suppliers. This role exists to provide clients with efficient cost-effective solutions for vehicle acquisition and upfitting needs while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and operational excellence. The incumbent is held accountable for delivering timely and accurate order fulfillment cost management and exceptional client service.What Youll DoConsult with clients regarding vehicle and upfit needs provide guidance on specifications availability and cost-effective alternativesCoordinate end-to-end order processes ensuring alignment with client expectationsBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers upfit vendors and dealersNegotiate pricing incentives and delivery arrangements within Elements preferred networks to secure the best client outcomesFacilitate documentation flow for vehicle registration licensing and upfit specificationsEnsure compliance with internal policiesPartner with Fleet Partnership Solutions Sales and Operations SMEs to influence and align business solutions while communicating effectively to keep stakeholders informed throughout the processIdentify client trends and pain points in ordering recommending process improvements and strategic solutions that enhance client value and operational efficiencyBasic QualificationsEducation: College/University degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent business experience accepted1 5 years of consultative client-facing business experience in fleet management automotive or related industriesProficiency with MS Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint)Strong organizational and project management skillsEffective negotiation and relationship management abilitiesAbility to analyze cost/benefit scenarios and present recommendationsDecisions focus on vendor selection pricing negotiations and upfit solutions that balance cost compliance and client satisfaction (mistakes may result in financial loss compliance issues or strained client relationships)Preferred QualificationsExperience negotiating vendor agreements and managing client portfoliosLocation: Hopkins MNThe hiring base salary range for this position is $49100 - $67500 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
