Demonstrated expertise in drafting legal documents related to estates and trusts. Virginia bar admission is required. Draft sophisticated wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and ancillary documents. Utilize strong writing and oral communication skills. Conduct excellent research and analysis while paying attention to detail and organization. Draft sophisticated estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other ancillary documents.Provide strategic legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, trust structuring, tax considerations, and wealth transfer strategies.Manage complex trust and estate administration matters, including probate filings, trust funding, fiduciary representation, and beneficiary communications.Conduct detailed legal research, analysis, and document review, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality work product.
