You’ll be joining a high-performance engineering team that owns its services end-to-end - from concept to production - and plays a key role in shaping our architecture and scaling our platform globally.You’ll work with a modern tech stack, including:Go (Golang) for backend servicesGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) for infrastructureTemporal for durable executionDocker & Kubernetes for orchestrationEvent-driven microservices and REST APIs for global scale and resilienceOur teams use Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to create modular, secure, and maintainable systems, releasing frequently through feature toggling and CI/CD pipelines.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and deploy backend services that are secure, scalable, and reliableWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practicesCollaborate with product managers, analysts, and architects to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsParticipate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in development workflowsWork closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure systems meet operational and compliance standardsTake full ownership of services—from development and testing to deployment, monitoring, and supportWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in backend software development, ideally with Go (or transferable experience in similar languages like Java, Rust, or C#)Practical experience with microservices, messaging systems, and RESTful APIsFamiliarity with event sourcing, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecturesHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and KubernetesExperience with GCP, AWS, or AzureA strong appreciation for clean architecture, modular design, and testingExcellent communication and collaboration skills within distributed teamsCuriosity, initiative, and ownership.
