As a Senior Big Data Engineer on this project youll help clients scale their data solutions and make data-driven decisions while driving enterprise-level work closely with the client to understand both their business processes and analytics needs to design and build data pipelines and cloud data solutions. You will have the opportunity to guide your client through best practices in data lake data processing and data pipeline design to help them achieve their business goals. You willwork closely withyour team including analysts dashboard developers and technical project managers to design solutions and work together to deliver aworld-class strike a balance oftechnical skillsand business acumen tohelp clients better understandtheir core needs and what is possible for a future state.Role ResponsibilitiesPerform data assessment analysis and data model design including deliverables like ERDs and data quality management.Develop CI/CD pipelines and other DataOps fundamentals.Communicate at the appropriate level to both business and technology teams to understand business needs and pain points.Be creative in meeting the clients core needs with their technology.Explain technical benefits and deficits to non-technical audiences.About the Team The Logic20/20 Advanced Analytics team is where skilled professionals in data engineering data science and visual analytics join forces to build simple solutions for complex data problems. Adam Cornille Senior Director Advanced Analytics Qualifications : 5-10 years of data engineering experience using Python and/or PySpark.Extensive experience working with Palantir Foundry.Experience working with Azure AWS and/or GCP.Experience supporting projects end-to-end from design to implementation.Experience designing and developing high-performance ETL and data pipelines with various technologies such as Spark SparkSQL Airflow Talend Matillion DBT and/or Fivetran.Experience with Big Data Technologies (Hadoop Spark MongoDB).Preferred qualificationsConsulting experience and/or experience working within the utilities industry.Previous experience as a data analyst.Additional Information : At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $147600 - $161766 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location.
