Where Youll WorkJob Summary and ResponsibilitiesThis is an on-site position.As a Sr Biomedical Equipment Technician you will administer the daily operations of a specific service shop within the organization.Daily you will provide critical repair incoming inspection calibration and maintenance services for a wide range of medical treatment and diagnostic equipment. Your expertise will ensure the optimal functionality and safety of vital patient care technology.Success in this role requires a high level of technical proficiency strong organizational skills to manage shop operations and a meticulous approach to maintaining complex biomedical equipment.Provides coverage and support for CE Lead during Leads absence if needed.Performs significant preventative maintenance/safety tests/calibration for equipment.Provides equipment repair throughout responsible area.Prioritizes work load effectively with minimal supervision.Completes all necessary record keeping for work orders received and/or finished.Solves organization level customer service issues and complaints with minimal supervisionJob RequirementsAssociates Other in Electrical Engineering Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or related field upon hire andequivalent military education graduate of technical program upon hire orequivalent training validated through training certifications or equivalent experience upon hire andA minimum of 5 years experience servicing technical equipmentPreferredCertified Biomedical Equipment Technician upon hire#LI-CSHRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Hand Tools,Anatomy Knowledge,Transportation Management Systems,Physiology Knowledge,Military Experience,Mechanical Knowledge,Conflict Management,Technology Management,Computer Literacy,Dialysis Experience,Equipment Repair,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
