Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Flower Mound TXWe are seeking an experienced Senior BCBA to step into a leadership role and help expand our clinical impact while working alongside a collaborative high-performing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values innovation teamwork and delivering the highest standards of care.Compensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation: $85000$112000 annually(Combination of base salary and performance incentives)Base Salary: $85000$90000Performance Bonuses: Up to $1000 per month (up to $12000 annually)Professional Development:12 CEUs annuallyAnnual CEU stipendCASP membershipRelocation assistance availableWorkLife BalanceHybrid flexibility: 3 work-from-home administrative days per monthSchedule: MondayFriday daytime hours onlyCaseload: Manageable average of 7 clientsTime Off: 27 total days off including PTO holidays CEU days and flex holidaysPosition OverviewAs a Senior BCBA you will oversee clinical services across clinic home and community settings while providing mentorship and leadership to RBTs and junior BCBAs.
