As a member of our Growth Office you will lead a high-performing team of cross-functional innovation professionals and launch innovative products that drive business growth across the world.This position requires a candidate that is a self-starter strategic thinker and creative problem solver. Our approach to innovation is new within the growth organization so the individual needs to be flexible have a growth mindset and be comfortable with ambiguity.This individual will support the end-to-end direction from creating the pipeline building out the product all the way through in-market experiments and ultimately launch. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves in this dynamic role team and space we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive global innovation strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives in the Mayonnaise categoryLead a dedicated Agile Pod team (5 person cross-functional team focused on launching new innovation)Foster a culture of innovation experimentation and continuous learning within the teamCollaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovation initiativesBuild and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization influencing and negotiating to drive innovation initiatives forwardCommunicate complex innovation strategies and plans to non-technical team membersDrive significant revenue growth through innovation initiatives achieving specific innovation metrics such as time-to-market customer adoption or return on investmentBe responsible for the P&L competitive analysis and retailer sell-in materials (in partnership with business unit)QualificationsBachelors degree required MBA preferred8 years of experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company with prior experience in innovationExperience in both employee management & cross-functional team management; self confident individual who can lead a team and work collaborativelyDemonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholdersAbility to simplify complex problems and make decisions quickly in pursuit of constant forward progressCritical thinker with a consumer centric & growth mindset learn fast vs. avoid failureStrong personal motivation in fast-paced often ambiguous environment with a bias for actionStrong big picture perspective while also delivering the innovation initiative at handOutstanding verbal written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partnersExcellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to use syndicated data sources to assess competitive space bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategyExcellent organizational and project management skillsUnderstanding of Financial P&LOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$137400.00 - $171700.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare protection and savingfor the future we offer plans tailored to meet you and your familys needs.
