You will lead the evolution of high-visibility corporate web platforms, leveraging cutting-edge AI prompt engineering and agile methodologies to accelerate delivery. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative UX design and technical execution to deliver end-to-end omnichannel solutions that directly maximize business impact.Locations can be the following:Onsite Wilmington - 2 Days hybrid scheduleOnsite Columbus or Houston - 5 days in office Responsibilities:Partner with cross-functional product, architecture, and UX teams to translate complex stakeholder needs into end-to-end omnichannel solutions.Facilitate agile ceremonies and behavior-driven development (BDD) workflows to ensure seamless technical delivery and absolute requirement traceability.Optimize delivery workflows by leveraging approved AI tools and structured prompt engineering to accelerate technical documentation and backlog grooming.Analyze delivery KPIs and system change impacts to provide data-driven proposals that mitigate deployment risks and improve project outcomes.
