Senior Director, Business DevelopmentRemote – Full Time – Professional Services / Consulting(Candidates in Midwest, East Coast, or Central U.S. encouraged to apply)About the RoleA global consulting firm (via an executive search partner) is hiring a Senior Director of Business Development to focus on new client acquisition in the industrial manufacturing and consumer products sectors. This is a strategic hunting role, ideal for someone with consulting or B2B service sales experience who can open doors and drive growth.What You’ll DoGenerate and convert leads with C-suite decision makersDesign and execute go-to-market strategies for your verticalsPartner with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teamsAttend client meetings, conferences, and events to build relationshipsUse CRM tools and prospecting platforms to manage pipeline and outreachWhat You’ll Need7–12 years of business development or sales experience in consulting, logistics, or B2B servicesStrong understanding of manufacturing or consumer products marketsConfidence working with senior-level executivesTrack record of exceeding sales targetsProficiency in Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRM systemsBachelor’s degree required; MBA a plusWhat’s OfferedCompetitive base + performance-based bonusRemote work.
