Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.About the roleWe're seeking a Sr. Manager to lead Product Partnerships within Rippling's Business Development team. You will source and execute strategic technology partnerships that accelerate our product roadmap, drive top-of-funnel growth, and create joint go-to-market motions with platform partners. This is a highly cross-functional role — you'll work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Marketing to take partnerships from concept to shipped integration to revenue.What you will doIdentify, evaluate, and sign new product partnerships — building data-driven business cases around TAM overlap, integration feasibility, and revenue potentialOwn the full partner lifecycle: sourcing, technical scoping, commercial negotiation, legal execution, integration launch, and ongoing performance managementServe as the primary BD liaison to Product and Engineering — translating partner needs into product requirements and tracking integration roadmaps through deliveryDesign and launch co-sell, cross-sell, and referral programs with partners; define and track success metrics (partnerships executed, P&L impact, leads generated)Manage a portfolio of existing product partners, establishing leadership cadences and driving accountability on joint OKRsWork cross-functionally to bring partnerships to life end-to-end, representing the partnership function in Sales/Product forums and managing escalations decisivelyWhat you will need10+ years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships at high-growth SaaS companiesDemonstrated experience managing product/technology partnerships end-to-end — from sourcing through integration launch and GTM executionAbility to navigate ambiguity independently across business, technical, and legal domainsStrong executive communication skillsExperience structuring and negotiating complex commercial partnershipsThorough understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and partner business modelsPreferred QualificationsHR tech, fintech, or enterprise platform ecosystem experienceTechnical or product management backgroundExperience with AI/ML platform partnershipsJD, MBA, or other advanced degreesAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
