Ibotta is seeking a Senior Business Sourcer The ideal candidate has a proven track record of partnering with a team of Coordinators and Recruiters focused on passive candidate search and developing pipelines of talent for positions across Revenue Marketing and other business lanes. Candidates must be able to successfully manage and prioritize several concurrent searches against tight timelines. Every day is different at Ibotta so being able to adapt to change is a must.This position is located in Denver Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.What you will be doing:Lead sourcing efforts across our entire business organization primarily focused on our Sales & Marketing teamsPartner closely with Sales Recruiters and Sales Leadership to understand evolving hiring needs team dynamics and success profiles across all of our GTM teamsBuild and execute sourcing strategies for key sales functions including: enterprise emerging sales enablement revenue strategy & operations and product marketing rolesProactively identify engage and nurture passive talent through advanced research market mapping and multi-channel outreachParticipate in special projects and initiatives including continuous improvement related to all sourcing techniques and process flows while leveraging technology / automationInfluence hiring teams with data-driven recommendations around talent market realities and sourcing prioritizationConduct competitive research and talent mapping to identify org structures top performers and emerging skill sets in the Sales landscapeEmbrace and uphold Ibottas Core Values: Integrity Boldness Ownership Teamwork Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhereWhat we are looking for:5 years of business sourcing / recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years in an in-house recruiting environmentBachelors Degree preferredExperience sourcing for a Sales org is highly preferredProven success delivering passive pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume Sales teamsExperience building and utilizing a variety of creative sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet researchATS experience (Workday is ideal) with sourcing tracking and managing candidatesA proactive vs reactive sourcing mindset with the confidence to communicate insights challenges and recommendations directly to leadersFlexibility to jump in and support searches across any vertical of the business whenever bandwidth shifts or high-priority roles emergeAbility to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervisionAbout Ibotta (I bought a...)Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).
