Senior Carrier Analyst, Logistics at Mark Anthony Group

Accountabilities:Work closely with TMS provider to manage carrier relationships issuesUnderstand and analyze transportation market intelligence tools to help drive procurement strategies and processesIdentify strengths weaknesses and opportunities within carrier network and collaborate with the teams to actionRegularly monitor carrier spend and ensure Mark Anthony is tracking to hit fiscal year COGS goalEnsure carriers are meeting minimum KPI expectationsPrepare data for business reviewsKey Metrics & Financial Targets:Carrier KPIs on-time performance tender acceptance routing guide complianceCOGSOwn:Onboarding of new carrier partnersOverall performance of carrier network to ensure partners are meeting or exceeding KPI metricsFacilitation of annual procurement eventInfluence:Carrier network (awards selection development)Business decisions based on carrier service levelsVeto: Carrier ratesCritical Stakeholders & Relationships:Internal Customer Supply Chain Planners FulfillmentExternal Partner carriers TMS providerQualifications:Bachelors degree in business supply chain or relevant field3-4 years progressive experience in logistics transportationExperience working with TMS platforms requiredProficient in ExcelSkills Needed:Understanding of freight market conditionsAttention to detail excellent verbal and written communication skills problem solving multi-tasking and prioritizationAbility to analyze and articulate large amounts of data and identify trendsWhat You Will Learn in this Role:Cross-functional collaboration with greater Logistics team and impact to businessImpact of carrier relationships and long-term partnershipsProcurement skills (strategy development RFP analyze market trends)This role follows a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence in the office at least four days per week to support collaboration and team engagement.Compensation:Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions location.
