Senior Civil Designer - Site & Civil Services at Wallace Montgomery

Job Location : Dover Office - Dover, DE 19901 Wallace Montgomery is seeking experienced senior level Site & Civil designer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team focusing on site/civil projects with clients within the Mid-Atlantic region. Essential Functions: Supervise activities of multiple project managers, project teams and subconsultants. Manage projects, including development of design & preparation of plans, specs & estimates. Technical management of projects including monitoring schedules and budgets and implementing corrective actions. Financial management of on-call and other contracts and individual task assignments/projects. Duties include invoice review and facilitating corrective measures such as Task Order Modifications (TOMs), Extra Work Orders (EWOs), transfers, etc. Facilitate coordination across technical disciplines within the firm. Implement quality control/quality assurance reviews. Provide primary liaison with clients. Participation in the procurement of work opportunities. Provide service in professional societies and attend meetings. Serve as a mentor for young professionals. Support development of firm policies, standards, vision, and mission. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: Site & Civil Engineering Experience Experience with private and public agency projects in Delaware with specific emphasis on Site Design Experience preparing task proposals AutoCAD experience Employment Type: Full Time
