Senior Civil Engineer Department Lead (Idaho) Location: Idaho (Nampa or McCall) Employment Type: Full-Time Leadership Role Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to spearhead and lead the Civil Engineering Department. This individual will be responsible for technical oversight project delivery client development team building and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the Civil Engineering Department. Mentor and supervise engineering staff. Technical oversight and Engineer-of-Record responsibilities. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Lead proposals budgeting and client development. Required Qualifications Bachelors in civil engineering. Idaho PE license. 10 years of experience including project management. Demonstrated leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Idaho regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in Civil 3D or Carlson Civil. Preferred Qualifications Land development (commercial & residential) Business development experience.
