Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEMH&T has an opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our Development II team located in Columbus, OH. As a Senior Engineer, you will work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise. Our Development II engineers are involved in commercial site development design projects and work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise. Your projects will include the design of site and civil engineering for retail, office, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. Our clients include healthcare campuses, large scale office complexes and other commercial developments.Desired SkillsA self-starter that demonstrates dependability and consistent work efforts.Ability to work independently and enjoys working in a team environment, enjoys mentoring others.Planning and organization capabilities with high attention to detail.Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.Consistent work effort and dependability.Ability to apply technical know-how to a diverse range of projects.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professionally licensed in Ohio. Site civil development experience. 8 - 10 years work experience in the civil engineering is required.
