For more information please visit .Our Boston Massachusetts office is looking for a Sr. Client Service Associate to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation.This is a hybrid position working partially from home and partially on-site at our office location in Boston. In the spirit of pay transparency we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65000.00 to $70000.00 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Were big on open conversations so lets have one.Primary Job FunctionsNew Client OnboardingEnsures accurate completion of prospect / new client paperwork/set upFollow up on funds transfer from surrendering companyMaintains (CRM) database and client files Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer WEG Operations and vendorsRecord incoming assets to the appropriate blotting toolClient Relationship ManagementDialogues with client to understand their personal history and current financial needs and communicates to the advisor or handles issue resolutionPrepares account transactions trades deposits withdrawals RMDs etc.Completes any review follow up needs for clientMay work with clients tax or legal counsel on client concernsConducts Tax Research (1099s)Team and Corporate SupportAssists Advisor Team Operations to streamline processesCompletes operational projects to support enhancements and changesCommunicates process and sales updates to teamManages vendors to Service Level AgreementsIndustry/Company KnowledgeDemonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute against WEGs Suitability Guidelines operational processes and sales model Understands financial terminology and products Working proficiency with annuities mutual funds separately managed accounts fixed income stocks options alternative investments hedge funds and charitable giving practices Attends Client Services and company educational events Education/Qualifications4-year college degree preferred 2-3 years of financial industry experience Customer Service training knowledge or experience Solid oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products Ability to work with deadlines be flexible under pressure and prioritize work Ability to work as a team member Ability to learn financial product features and riders Ability to learn the review process and how the review is completed Salesforce experience a plusWealthscape experience a plusWEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience qualifications skills and credentials; tenure cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Associate level is $51450.00 to $84.000.00.
