As our Senior Clinical Supervisor youll play a key role in supporting program leadership fostering a strong team culture and ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we serve.What Youll Do:Program Leadership & DevelopmentPartner closely with the Program Director to shape program design staffing and service delivery.Lead daily team huddles keep communication flowing and ensure services meet fidelity to the PACT model.Build strong relationships with DMH and community partners.Promote a safe inclusive recovery-oriented workplace.Staff Supervision & Development:Provide thoughtful strengths-based clinical supervisionboth individual and group.Lead performance evaluations training onboarding and ongoing professional development.Oversee the PACT intern program including student selection and curriculum coordination.Clinical & Rehabilitation Services:Oversee holistic assessments person-centered planning and ongoing goal development.Coordinate care with families providers and community supports.Demonstrate and teach evidence-based interventions that empower independence and resiliency.Assist in crisis response de-escalation and safety planning.Pay Rate: $83553.60/salariedSchedule:Full Time 40 hoursWhy Youll Love RiversideWe make a true difference in peoples lives through rewarding work.
