Coordinates and delivers internal andexternal events and meetings.Participates in conducting group meetings of internal andexternal stakeholders to present explain and stimulateenthusiasm in both current and potential Programs.Researches develops coordinates and implementsstrategic Programs to meet organizational initiatives.Conducts on-going analysis of new program opportunitiesand coordinate test programs as needed.Investigates and studies programs and trends of competitivecompanies and participants and appraise apparent results.Works closely with current Program vendors to ensureprogram implementation ongoing performance andsuccess. Manage day-to-day relationships with applicablevendors to efficiently meet the strategic Plan goals andobjectives.Coordinates the collection of data for and makesrecommendations on operating budget. Works withaccounting and organization personnel to process andmanage expense budget. Monitors expenses and preparesreports.Coordinates the compilation of Program KPIs.
