Are you ready to make an impactWest Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant within our Technology & Experience practice with a focus on this role youll collaborate with clients to establish the project vision leadLogik implementations analyze business requirements and design tailored solutions that optimize workflows and drive business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead Logik business process review sessionsto identify user stories requirements and opportunities for automation.Design and implement advancedLogik solutions leveraging its capabilities for document automation contract lifecycle management and workflow optimization.Configure and build solutions on theLogik platform ensuring alignment with client business needs and operational goals.Facilitate business process reviews to streamline client workflows reduce manual efforts and enhance operational efficiency using Logik.Oversee unit system and end-user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and perform reliably.Provide end-user training and create documentation for solution adoption and long-term success.Manage project status timelines risks and deliverables for overall projects or specific workstreams with a focus onLogik implementations.QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent experience required.4 years of experience in technology consultingProficient indocument lifecycle management contract automation and workflow optimization processes.Understanding of Logik functionalities including document generation redlining approval workflows and integration capabilities.Hands-on experience withLogik configuration including setting up workflows templates and integrations with CRM or ERP systems.Familiarity withSalesforce integrationsand complementary platforms like CPQ Revenue Cloud or B2B Commerce.Experience in managing status timelines and risks at the program or workstream level for Logik-focused projects.Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables specific toLogik implementations.Logik certifications(if available) or demonstrated expertise in the platform preferred.Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment.Ability to travel to client sites 3050%.Based on pay transparency guidelines the salary range for this role is listed below.
