Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the GPS team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting strategy and transformation engagements for government and public sector clients across planning, analysis, and execution activities
• Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, process documentation, and implementation plans
• Conducting research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify issues, evaluate options, and inform recommendations
• Coordinating with client and Deloitte team members to track actions, manage milestones, and support day-to-day workstream delivery
• Preparing materials for meetings, workshops, and leadership briefings and documenting decisions, risks, and next steps

Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree 4+ years of experience supporting strategy, transformation, program management, or operational improvement initiatives 4+ years of experience developing presentations, reports, analyses, or process documentation for client or executive audiences 2+ years of experience supporting government, public sector, or higher education clients Active TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility required Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA up to 5 days a week Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
