Senior Consultant at Turner & Townsend

Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through to detailed design including assessing local conditions and providing rate breakdowns (material labor plant and productivity);Deliver and present updated costs plans at appropriate design milestones;Review proposed design changes/new technologies and prepare estimates within the appropriate accuracy levels;Understand design stages and estimating levels;Provide feasibility studies;Perform value engineering;Prepare cash commit forecasts for the entire construction lifecycle;Analyze labor markets and other cost drivers including unions and taxes;Prepare monthly presentations for Petitioners Clients;Utilize Estimating and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software; andPerform benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.RELATED OCCUPATION:                                                  Cost Manager or any other job title performing all listed job duties.SALARY RANGE: $162000.00 to $172000.00/yearJOB TIME: Full Time   Qualifications : Requires a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and 4 years of experience in job offered or 4 years of experience in the Related Occupation.Additional Information : Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
