Job Title :Senior COTS Application Server Administrator (Windows/IIS/WebLogic L3 Support SAML/OpenID) Location:Albany NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications Qualifications: Collaborated with agencies and business units to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical and security infrastructure specifications. Produced architecture design documentation covering data flows system interfaces authentication models and related components. Served as a Server Administrator at the application layer performing installation configuration and troubleshooting of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) business applications-independently or with vendors-providing Level 3 technical support on Windows OS platforms. Supported IIS Tomcat WebLogic Certificate Services and authentication mechanisms including Active Directory SSO with SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Delivered Level 3 analytical and technical support for COTS/business application interfaces and system interconnects including networks Stealth firewall software F5 appliances and load-balancing configurations to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across converged and mixed environments. Performed advanced troubleshooting for COTS/business applications using diagnostic tools such as WireShark Process Monitor Netstat Ping Traceroute and Telnet to analyze and resolve system-level issues. Provided Level 3 support for COTS/business applications through log analysis monitoring and performance tuning using Splunk and related monitoring tools. Utilized scripting skills-PowerShell WMI and other scripting languages-to automate administrative tasks and streamline application maintenance.
