JOB DESCRIPTIONWatershed Security is a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years Cybersecurity and Government Contracting experiencing. Watershed is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren VA. Must have Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMCs Remedy or ServiceNow. This position is required to be designated as IAT III level with a DoD Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School or GEDMust have one of the following: CASPCE CCNP Security CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCED or GCIHSix years of professional industry experienceActive DoD TS/SCI EligibleAbility to work on-site in Dahlgren VAAbility to travel up to 10%Experience with help desk tools such as BMCs Remedy or ServiceNow.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Contingent upon award*PAY RANGEFinal salary is influenced by factors such as location contract labor categories experience skills education and certifications.
