POS-30301HubSpots Customer Success Strategy & Operations (CSSO) team is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to help shape how our global Solutions organization scales - especially as AI fundamentally transforms how we deliver value to customers.In this role youll own high-visibility analytical work that influences workforce planning operational efficiency AI-driven productivity and how we deploy technical expertise across thousands of customers. Youll partner directly with Directors and VPs to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear data-backed strategies that drive multi-million-dollar decisions.This is a high-autonomy high-impact role for someone who loves building models crafting insight-rich narratives and defining the metrics that shape how a large global organization operates.In this role you will:Build evolve and own capacity models that quantify the impact of AI transformation on service delivery and workforce needsCreate executive-facing dashboards that clarify operational performance customer outcomes and productivity trends across the Solutions organizationLead analytical workstreams that drive strategic decisions around resource allocation regional deployment and scaling new customer engagement motionsPartner directly with Directors and VPs to frame problems define requirements and deliver insights that influence strategyOwn analyses end-to-endfrom scoping and data modeling to insight generation and stakeholder communicationAnticipate needs identify gaps and proactively recommend new metrics frameworks and decision toolsBalance analytical rigor with a pragmatic iterative approach in a fast-moving environmentWe are looking for people who:Have 4 years of experience in data analysis operations business analytics or strategy (SaaS or professional services preferred)Advanced SQL skills strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker preferred) and comfort with Excel/Sheets modelingAbility to craft and present clear compelling narratives to senior leadershipConfidence operating independently managing multiple priorities and driving clarity in ambiguous situationsProven experience influencing decisions with datanot just reporting on itNice to Have: Python or R programming skills for advanced statistical analysisYoull be joining at a pivotal moment as HubSpot transforms its Solutions motion with AI. The visibility is real: youll frequently work primarily with leaders across CSSO and the Solutions team with additional cross functional stakeholders including Product Marketing Customer Success and more.Pay & BenefitsThe cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
