Youll own key performance indicators end-to-endfrom definition and measurement to insight generation and stakeholder communicationensuring our teams have the data they need to make confident decisions.This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift between deep-dive operational analysis and product experimentation translating complex data into clear narratives that drive action. Youll collaborate extensively across functionspartnering with operations leaders on capacity planning with product managers on feature prioritization and with cross-functional teams to understand the complete patient and provider journey.What Youll Do:Business Analytics & Operational InsightsOwn and monitor core business KPIs related to provider capacity utilization and productivityConduct root cause analysis on operational challenges including wait times geographic and network coverage gaps and capacity constraintsAnalyze provider performance patterns across different cohorts (tenure employment type specialties) to identify optimization opportunitiesEvaluate operational processes and their impact on key outcomes such as patient retention provider efficiency and revenue generationBuild dashboards and reporting infrastructure that enable stakeholders to self-serve and monitor business healthSynthesize qualitative feedback (patient reviews satisfaction surveys) with quantitative metrics to provide holistic performance viewsProduct Analytics & ExperimentationDesign analyze and communicate results from A/B tests and product experimentsMeasure feature adoption usage patterns and downstream impact on user behavior and business outcomesConduct impact sizing analysis to help product teams prioritize roadmap initiativesBuild conversion funnels and identify friction points in user journeysTrack product health metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities for improvementPartner with product managers to define success metrics for new features and initiativesCross-Functional Partnership & CommunicationAct as a trusted analytical partner to business and product leaders translating ambiguous questions into structured analysesPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels from individual contributors to executivesCollaborate with data scientists and analysts on larger analytical initiativesWork across teams to ensure consistent metric definitions and shared understanding of performanceProactively surface insights and opportunities based on data patterns you observeWhat You Bring:Technical SkillsSQL mastery: Complex queries data modeling and the ability to navigate large datasets efficientlyData visualization: Proficiency in creating clear actionable dashboards and reports (Looker Tableau Mode or similar)Spreadsheet expertise: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for ad-hoc analysis and modelingStatistical foundation: Understanding of A/B testing statistical significance confidence intervals
