Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Enterprise Data & Analytics Solution Sales Specialist to drive pipeline revenue and platform adoption for our data analytics and AI solutions across complex enterprise accounts.This role exists at the intersection of business strategy data architecture and enterprise selling. Operating within a highly multi-matrixed organization the specialist will collaborate across Sales Product Industry GTM Engineering Customer Success and Partner teams to shape transformational deals align stakeholders and accelerate customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesData & Analytics Solution LeadershipOwn solution strategy for enterprise data platforms analytics AI/ML and data governance offerings across assigned accounts or regions.Partner with Account Executives to engage strategic customers and position data and analytics as a core enabler of digital transformation.Drive value-based selling by connecting business outcomes to modern data platform capabilities such as data fabric data mesh real-time analytics and operational intelligence.Multi-Matrix OrchestrationOperate as a solution overlay across a complex internal ecosystem including:Field Sales & Account ExecutivesSolution EngineersIndustry GTM & Vertical SpecialistsProduct & Platform LeadersData Scientists & AI SpecialistsCustomer Success & Professional ServicesInfluence and align stakeholders without direct authority across business units with shared or overlapping revenue targets.Coordinate technical and business resources to drive consistent execution across multi-product cross-BU opportunities.Data Strategy & Executive EngagementLead strategic conversations with C-level and senior executive stakeholders on topics such as:Enterprise data strategy and modernizationData governance quality and trustAI-readiness and analytics transformationData operating model evolution (e.g. centralized vs federated mesh vs fabric)Help customers define roadmaps for scaling data usage maximizing ROI and aligning data strategy with business priorities.Deal Shaping & Pipeline DevelopmentShape and influence large complex data and analytics deals by:Identifying high-impact use casesMapping value to business KPIsAligning architecture and solution scopeDefending commercial position in competitive scenariosDrive pipeline through industry events executive briefings workshops and targeted campaigns.Product Feedback & Field EnablementProvide structured field feedback into product and go-to-market strategy teams.Develop solution plays messaging and enablement materials to scale success across the field.Support internal enablement and training for AEs and Solution Engineers on data and analytics offerings.Qualifications : Required Qualifications812 years in enterprise software solution sales consulting or data/analytics technology roles.Proven success selling or consulting on data platforms analytics solutions or enterprise data transformation initiatives.Deep understanding of enterprise data concepts: data platforms warehousing data lakes real-time streaming data governance and advanced analytics.Experience operating across multi-matrixed teams and navigating shared ownership sales models.Strong executive communication and business storytelling skills.Ability to connect technical architecture concepts to business outcomes and economic impact.Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise data platforms (e.g. Snowflake Databricks BigQuery ServiceNow Data Microsoft Fabric etc.).Hands-on exposure to data governance interoperability and data integration strategies.Familiarity with AI/ML predictive analytics and GenAI enablement within data ecosystems.Background in digital transformation consulting or enterprise architecture. Additional Information : Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
