Job Title: Senior Data & Application Administrator (Health Data Systems) Overview / Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data & Application Administrator to lead data modernization and informatics initiatives. This role is responsible for managing data infrastructure, guiding strategic planning, and improving data integration, governance, and interoperability within a public health environment. Key Responsibilities: Select and manage a team of data modernization and informatics staff Lead the team's strategic planning and implementation efforts Manage data infrastructure to: Improve data integration Enhance interoperability Ensure effective data governance Support reporting and visualization development Ensure modernization efforts improve: Timeliness and quality of data Coordination of data activities and systems Reduction of data burden Integration of emerging and open-source technologies (where possible) Coordinate with agency experts to assess the current data environment Identify improvements needed for developing an effective data warehouse and data integration strategy Required Qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience in health or related data or systems management Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in public health, health informatics, data science, or related field Prior experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) to modernize legacy data infrastructures What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
