Job Summary:Our client is seeking Senior Salesforce Developer Engineer to join their team! This position is located in New York, New York.Duties:Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration APIsPartner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust, extensible technical designsImplement Salesforce integrations with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway, ensuring secure and performant data exchangeCollaborate with UX and front-end teams to deliver modern, responsive user experiences using React.js, TypeScript, and FigmaDesign and implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and asynchronous Apex to support scalable, loosely coupled integrationsOversee code reviews, enforce development standards, and drive continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practicesTroubleshoot and optimize performance across environments, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and compliance with enterprise security standardsEvaluate and integrate NPM packages and open-source libraries to enhance component functionality and maintain consistency across applicationsContribute to Salesforce platform modernization by leveraging AWS DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and reusable architecture componentsStay current on emerging technologies, including Salesforce AI (Einstein, GPT-based assistants) and MuleSoft, to evolve integration and automation capabilitiesDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field7+ years of proven expertise in leading new Salesforce implementations, guiding a team of developers through end-to-end solution design, development, and deploymentProven expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder, blending custom development with Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities to create scalable and maintainable solutionsStrong hands-on experience in Salesforce event-driven architecture, including Platform Events, CDC, and pub/sub patterns for real-time, asynchronous communicationDeep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and multi-org governance in a shared platform environment supporting multiple lines of businessProven ability to design and implement secure integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services such as: Lambda, S3 and API GatewayStrong background in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript, applying component-based principles and UI best practices across Salesforce and standalone appsDemonstrated experience collaborating with data teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data quality and integration issues across systemsExperience translating Figma mockups into responsive, accessible, and reusable LWC and React componentsProficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Jenkins, enabling automated deployments and version controlIn-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Named CredentialsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and technical excellenceBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $48.00 and $68.00.
